Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms to ensure confidentiality and trust.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and psychosocial needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to other services as needed, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive support during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous, HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health records system, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client care and improve service delivery.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through supervision, training, and workshops to remain current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
