Work Environment\n

This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while directly supporting clients in a detox facility. With a structured schedule, you will have set work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive support for our clients. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals in delivering tailored mental health services and fostering an environment conducive to recovery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, taking into account the client's personal and treatment history, presenting mental health concerns, and potential risk factors that could impact recovery.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing mental health challenges while promoting emotional well-being and successful community reintegration.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapy, to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions to facilitate emotional growth, promote coping strategies, and enhance self-awareness among clients.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention support during emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and making timely referrals to higher levels of care when necessary.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, promoting a better understanding of mental health challenges and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain precise and organized documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge, strategies, and foster collaboration among peers.

• Stay informed about updates in mental health legislation and best practice guidelines relevant to social work within detoxification environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
