Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs in collaboration with the clinical team, determining the appropriateness of recommendations and identifying any additional services necessary.

• Facilitate referrals to various levels of care, community-based recovery programs, and social services, ensuring a continuum of support for clients.

• Engage in regular case review meetings with leadership to discuss client cases, clinical challenges, and any staffing concerns, fostering a culture of transparency and improvement.

• Direct the daily operations of behavioral health therapists, including task assignment, performance appraisal, and ensuring adherence to unit policies and procedures.

• Maintain meticulous records of clinical productivity, monitoring performance metrics to support quality assurance initiatives and program effectiveness.

• Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement activities by actively participating in evaluation processes and implementing best practices.

Qualifications\n
