Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mental health services tailored to individual patient needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patient mental health status and needs, facilitating informed treatment planning.

• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support therapeutic progress.

• Managing accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring all treatment records are maintained with the highest levels of confidentiality.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals in our team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Participating in case consultations and supervisorial meetings, sharing insights and strategies with peers to elevate the overall quality of care.

• Providing psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, including guidance on navigating treatment options and connecting to valuable community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve working with a varied demographic of patients facing a breadth of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
