Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. While primarily remote, occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on client needs and program activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges.

• Develop personalized service plans that include defined goals, targeted interventions, and a framework for progress monitoring.

• Provide direct counseling and emotional support to individuals and families navigating complex life situations, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with clients to connect them with community resources, ensuring a support system assists in achieving their goals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans to manage urgent situations effectively.

• Engage with other community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, fostering a collaborative approach to client advocacy.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising public awareness and promoting the range of services provided by the agency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Well-developed knowledge of social and economic justice issues along with an understanding of community resources available for clients.

• Exceptional communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to solve problems creatively and sensitively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
