Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and observational methods to gather information needed for understanding a student's mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), specifically tailored for students and their unique backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and quality of care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with education professionals, sharing insights and strategies to create a seamless support system for students.

• Participate actively in case consultations, providing and receiving feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment approaches, and local community resources to empower them in managing their mental wellness.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health through ongoing education and integrate this knowledge into your clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students ranging from elementary through high school, many of whom may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and life transitions. Your role is vital in promoting resilience, emotional stability, and providing strategies to navigate academic and social pressures, enhancing their overall school experience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in a mental health or educational setting.

• Demonstrated skill in performing diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong base salary, our progressive compensation package includes:
