Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop effective treatment plans in cooperation with your healthcare team.

• Perform necessary interventions and ongoing assessments tailored to the needs of your patients, maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing emotional and behavioral issues to promote mental wellness among clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, treating clients of all ages who are dealing with a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licenses as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
