Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video, focusing on adults with a broad spectrum of emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, facilitating comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted nature of clients’ needs.

• Utilize automated self-assessments to monitor client symptoms and progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our integrated electronic medical records (EMR) system, which supports efficient workflow and includes tools for check-ins and follow-ups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults dealing with various mental health issues. Our client population is diverse, showcasing a wide array of backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington state is essential for this position.
