This position will operate in a remote setting, enabling flexibility while ensuring that our staff can efficiently support individuals struggling with substance use and mental health issues from the comfort of their own environments. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) at Mindful Walkway, you will:

• Conduct evaluations and comprehensive assessments to determine the individualized needs of clients.

• Develop and actively participate in the creation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) based on assessment outcomes.

• Monitor and track progress of treatment plans, ensuring that all interventions are effective and beneficial.

• Provide empathetic and evidence-based support to both clients and their families, fostering a partnership dedicated to recovery.

• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to encourage healthy practices.

• Collaborate with other professionals within a team setting to ensure that standards of care meet state and federal regulations.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans while ensuring confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detox and early intervention services. This includes working closely with families, particularly in cases involving young children with developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
