Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing synchronous video conferencing tools, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients with emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other LICSWs and healthcare professionals, to devise and implement comprehensive treatment plans that optimize patient care.

• Utilize advanced digital tools integrated into our electronic medical records (EMR) system to document clinical interactions and assess treatment effectiveness through real-time data analytics.

• Monitor client progress through structured self-assessments and therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth and well-being of our therapeutic community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. Our clientele is diverse, and successful candidates must be comfortable treating individuals from various backgrounds and cultures, demonstrating a commitment to equity in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active License as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington. Holding additional state licenses is considered an asset.
