Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing for flexibility while ensuring delivery of vital services to clients. As part of our detox center services, you will engage with clients who often require immediate assistance and support. While most of your work will occur during standard business hours, you may occasionally need to be available during evenings and weekends to respond to client crises or program activities, ensuring continuity of care and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that detail specific goals, interventions, and methods for progress monitoring, fostering client empowerment and resilience.

• Provide meaningful individual and family counseling, offering support and guidance through life’s challenges, including managing crises and addressing mental health needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention scenarios, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans tailored to individual client needs, thereby promoting immediate client safety.

• Collaborate closely with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, advocate for clients, and help them navigate available resources.

• Participate and contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training, reinforcing a collaborative environment and continuous team growth.

• Lead community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of agency services and foster community engagement, promoting the overall mission of the organization.

You will work primarily with vulnerable populations facing significant life challenges, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, families impacted by domestic violence, and those experiencing homelessness or poverty. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
