Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-based therapy techniques tailored to each patient.

• Utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate, timely records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic and effective patient care.

• Engaging in regular peer reviews and consultations to share insights and improve service delivery.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health and available community supports.

• Managing a full caseload efficiently, ensuring that treatment objectives are met effectively and on time, adhering to ethical standards set by the NASW.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work mainly with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our client population includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions, all seeking support through our detox and recovery services. Your role is crucial in providing them with the tools they need to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in New York.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
