Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to establish a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s background and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with patients, ensuring a deep respect for their cultural context and personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during sessions to foster mental wellness through individual, couple, family, and group therapies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients experiencing acute distress receive comprehensive and holistic care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, promoting self-efficacy and healthier coping strategies.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate seamless patient care.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations, making necessary adjustments to maximize therapeutic benefits and patient satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental healthcare, integrating new insights into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
