Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with medical personnel, addiction specialists, and fellow social workers to formulate, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough case reviews to assess client situations and respond with appropriate interventions, ensuring practical steps are taken towards recovery.
