Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work flexibility from the comfort of your own home, supporting a work-life balance while you assist clients in a Detox Center setting. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a structured daily routine that encourages a healthy work-life dynamic. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to connect with clients effectively and provide quality care from virtually anywhere.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients through interviews, clinical observations, and the analysis of case histories to identify specific problems and prioritize interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, modifying treatment approaches as necessary to align with their evolving needs and goals.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate actively in case conferences, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes and share insights on treatment efficacy.

• Provide referrals to additional services and community resources to facilitate comprehensive support for clients, including housing, employment, or additional counseling services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Life Edge Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
