Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to the individual needs of clients, utilizing techniques from various therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning that incorporates clients' personal goals, values, and lived experiences, ensuring their voices are at the forefront of their care.

• Assist clients in navigating a wide range of mental health challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and systemic oppression, using a strengths-based approach.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team case consultations, training sessions, and peer support circles to enhance professional development and team cohesion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may include individuals dealing with acute distress from trauma or chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid California LCSW license is required; we also welcome applications from associates nearing licensure.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is essential.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, community mental health, or related settings is required.

• A strong commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed, and strengths-based therapeutic practices.

• Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and an ability to build rapport with clients.

• Competence to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n
