Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments with new students to gather information about their emotional symptoms, functioning levels, and daily routines.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate students' daily activities, allowing for direct application of coping strategies and skills.

• Provide ongoing support and psychoeducation through our digital platform, ensuring students receive timely encouragement and necessary adjustments to their treatment plans as they progress.

• Continuously monitor student engagement and progress by analyzing data and conducting clinical assessments to refine and enhance care strategies.

• Recognize and celebrate student achievements, while effectively addressing and troubleshooting any barriers to their engagement in treatment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, adhering to professional and ethical standards that comply with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, educators, and other healthcare professionals to create a unified approach to care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education initiatives to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on supporting students within a school setting who are experiencing various behavioral health issues. You will engage with a diverse population, including children and adolescents encountering challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other co-occurring conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students navigate their mental health difficulties, fostering resilience, and promoting academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution, with current state licensure and a clean disciplinary record.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, ideally with LCSW certification or equivalent credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
