Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that address unique challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients toward recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring the utmost professionalism in documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school counselors, and parents, to ensure a holistic approach to each student's care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents in school settings, supporting individuals who face various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually.
