Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to students facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop, implement, and regularly adjust treatment plans in collaboration with students, parents, and educators.

• Work closely with school staff to promote mental health awareness and integrate mental health services within the academic environment.

• Monitor student progress, providing ongoing communication with families and educational professionals to discuss treatment efficacy and necessary adjustments.

• Facilitate educational workshops and outreach programs to inform students, parents, and faculty about mental health resources and strategies for emotional well-being.

• Stay current with best practices in clinical social work and fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain licensure and competency.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
