Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals via video sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their situation.

• Deliver personalized individual, couples, and family therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy tailored to client preferences.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating feedback and progress updates to ensure effectiveness.

• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, consistently adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements set forth by the profession and our organization.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in social work.

• Nurture a therapeutic alliance that fosters trust and encourages clients to actively participate in their healing journey, providing the guidance and strategies they need to overcome life challenges.

• Document client interactions and progress accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system to promote continuity of care and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting students and their families who face a myriad of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, relationship problems, and trauma. By working with youth and their caregivers, you will play a crucial role in not only addressing immediate mental health concerns but also in equipping families with enhanced coping strategies and resilience for future challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within a private practice or school environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of therapeutic interventions.
