Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish therapeutic rapport with clients and families through consistent and compassionate interactions, focusing on creating a safe and trusting environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of students presenting with severe emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Facilitate communication among clients, parents, schools, and other service providers to ensure cohesive care and access to additional resources.

• Maintain ethical standards and adhere to professional codes of conduct while managing confidential client information.

• Regularly document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with both internal protocols and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing self-development efforts, including professional training, peer supervision, and performance evaluations.

• Identify safety concerns, implementing appropriate risk management techniques, and reporting any incidents as per established protocols.

• Provide psychoeducation workshops for parents and caregivers to enhance family engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n
