Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments with new members, delving into their symptoms, functioning, and daily habits to create a robust understanding of their needs.

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic programs that integrate seamlessly into each member's daily routine, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness.

• Provide ongoing support through our digital platform, offering real-time encouragement and psychoeducation, while adjusting care plans according to member progress and engagement data.

• Monitor and assess member progress through regular engagement data analysis and clinical evaluations, ensuring that care plans are continuously optimized for maximum efficacy.

• Celebrate member milestones and work collaboratively with them to identify and overcome barriers to engagement and improvement.

• Document all member interactions meticulously, keeping clinical records in compliance with professional standards and HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and security.

Qualifications\n
