Emerald Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time clinician. This role will primarily focus on outpatient services, engaging with clients in a remote setting. Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed to provide remote working flexibility while offering the structure necessary for effective client care. While the primary schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, there may be occasional evening or weekend hours required based on client needs. You will have the support of a collaborative team, focused on community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to team goals and enhance collaborative care.

• Develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be working with a diverse client population suffering from various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Clients may come from different cultural backgrounds and possess varying life experiences, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your approach.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California LCSW license is required to practice.
