Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally competent individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of students, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans designed for student success.

• Provide crisis intervention services, facilitating immediate support for students experiencing significant emotional distress, and ensure timely referrals for additional services when necessary.

• Maintain confidential, accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity and privacy of all student interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
