Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of mental illness and emotional disorders, both in the office and within the school community.

• Establish positive rapport and trust with clients and colleagues, cultivating a supportive environment conducive to effective therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and developmentally appropriate screening tools.

• Create and implement comprehensive integrated care plans, ensuring access to necessary services and facilitating communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Offer a range of treatment options, including individual, group, and family therapy, emphasizing prevention, treatment, and recovery.

• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to shared goals and discussing client progress, challenges, and best practices.

• Respond to crisis situations and provide necessary intervention to clients as required.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, ensuring timely updates in record-keeping and data submissions.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute your insights to enhance agency service delivery.

• Carry a manageable caseload and oversee the adherence to treatment protocols, admission, and discharge criteria.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve a diverse population of students, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges that may stem from their unique life experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, licensure as an LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
