This role involves a remote work setting with outreach facilitated through our established outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity, personal goals, and the unique needs of each patient.

• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to therapy approaches and interventions based on real-time assessments and outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to create integrated care pathways that optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain timely and accurate treatment records using current technology, conforming to all regulatory and departmental protocols.

• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and other junior staff members to foster a learning environment within the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
