Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite at our outpatient office in Santa Ana. Your weekly schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life situation while you make a difference in patients' lives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques tailored to each patient's requirements.
• Evaluate patients to assess their needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their condition and goals.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, maintaining a patient load of one individual per hour, allowing for focused and comprehensive care.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and develop effective exercise routines to enhance patients' mobility and strength.
• Document all services provided, treatment interventions, and progress to ensure continuity of care and facilitate communication between team members.
• Keep abreast of new developments in physical therapy methodologies and continuously improve skills through professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Bauer Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center, you will primarily work with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient population typically consists of individuals with private insurance, allowing for a range of treatments and personalized approaches that prioritize their individual recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in California, with no board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing targeted exercise prescriptions.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT or similar platforms, is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
