Work Environment

The position is fully onsite at our outpatient office, where you will engage with patients face-to-face, allowing for personalized assessment and treatment. The clinic operates from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that supports work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and establish personalized therapy goals, ensuring a tailored approach to each treatment plan.
• Manage a patient caseload of up to one patient per hour, ensuring thorough assessments and adequate time for healing interventions.
• Implement cost-effective therapy solutions that aim to enhance patient mobility while minimizing dependence on medications and surgical interventions.
• Develop comprehensive care plans utilizing a range of treatment modalities including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and wellness coaching.
• Motivate patients to adhere to their exercise and rehabilitation protocols, continuously assessing their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers to enhance patient care and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to create tailored rehabilitative strategies to help each client regain their strength, flexibility, and function, always prioritizing their specific recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and familiar with developing custom exercise protocols.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, to streamline patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Strong background in working with diverse orthopedic diagnoses and treatment methodologies.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary treatment settings will be an advantage.
• Additional certifications in specialties such as sports medicine or geriatric therapy will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
