Work Environment

Located in the beautiful city of Santa Ana, our rehabilitation facility provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere focused on healing and recovery. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work alongside other healthcare professionals, creating a comprehensive plan for our patients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, and we also offer flexible schedules, which include the option of four ten-hour workdays, accommodating various lifestyle choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including active and passive exercises, prosthetic training, muscle re-education, and gait training.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home care techniques and self-management strategies to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate regularly with team members to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Document patient evaluations and progress notes comprehensively in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education sessions to stay updated on best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or its international equivalent, ensuring a solid foundation in physiotherapy principles.

Compensation and Benefits
