Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is searching for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Santa Ana, California. This full-time role focuses on executing high-impact rehabilitation strategies that restore mobility and enhance the quality of life for our patients. About the Organization

Located in the heart of Santa Ana, Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is a state-of-the-art orthopedic outpatient facility. Spanning 5,000 square feet, our clinic is equipped with cutting-edge technology and resources designed to facilitate optimal patient recovery outcomes. Our team of dedicated professionals consists of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant, creating a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care.

Work Environment

The work setting is an onsite rehabilitation facility that emphasizes advanced treatment methodologies within a supportive team atmosphere. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and establish individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals and progress.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, allowing for focused, personalized sessions.
• Implement manual therapy techniques and administer therapeutic exercises aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Employ evidence-based interventions while integrating patient feedback to adjust treatment plans effectively.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering their commitment to recovery.
• Design and promote fitness and wellness programs tailored to enhance strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, consulting other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessments, documenting patient responses, and communicating progress with both patients and team members.
• Advocate for alternative non-surgical treatment options while seeking to minimize reliance on medication.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all treatments delivered, using EMR software, specifically WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic consists of individuals with orthopedic conditions, many of whom are covered by private medical insurance. The clinic adopts a holistic approach to therapy that encompasses not only immediate injury recovery but also long-term functional improvements, educating patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in California, with no disciplinary actions.
• Competency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience using EMR software, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective exercise therapy programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance patient engagement and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits
