Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Copperfield Orthopedic Rehab Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to evaluate functional capabilities and limitations, providing insight that drives individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and a multidisciplinary team to implement and adjust therapeutic interventions based on each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with diverse patient demographics, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to geriatric patients needing rehabilitation for orthopedic surgeries. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required, or the ability to obtain this certification within 30 days of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• While no prior experience is required, candidates with clinical rotation experience in orthopedic settings and familiarity with EHR systems will be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
