Our 5,000 square feet sports medicine facility primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, offering a welcoming environment complemented by a collaborative team of specialists. Our two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant are dedicated to creating a supportive atmosphere that prioritizes patient recovery and rehabilitation through personalized, hands-on care.

Work Environment

This full-time role requires you to work onsite and directly interact with clients in their home care settings. You will appreciate a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our clinic environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and advanced therapeutic modalities to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Empower, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and addressing each patient's specific goals to design individualized care plans that facilitate effective rehabilitation.
• Managing a manageable patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring dedicated, high-quality, one-on-one care.
• Assessing and evaluating patients' functional abilities and limitations, utilizing evidence-based practices to provide cost-effective treatments.
• Reducing patients' reliance on medications by offering alternative therapies and encouraging non-invasive approaches before considering surgical options.
• Developing comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques tailored to each individual's needs.
• Designing and implementing fitness and wellness programs focused on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and overall mobility.
• Motivating and guiding patients throughout their treatment sessions to uplift their confidence and optimize functionality.
• Documenting all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress accurately to maintain clear communication and continuity of care.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, injuries, and surgeries. Our patient population includes adults from varied backgrounds who rely on our expertise to regain their mobility and functionality. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and hold a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A clean professional record, free from any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid background in developing and implementing exercise protocols.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is essential, preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of clinical practice, showcasing their ability to manage diverse patient cases effectively. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
