Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to devise individualized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, ensuring treatment aligns with their specific conditions and goals.
• Implement research-driven therapeutic techniques to assist patients in their journey toward recovery, directly impacting their rehabilitation outcomes.
• Utilize mobility and therapeutic modalities to improve patients' physical function, adhering to the physician's plan of care and adjusting strategies as needed based on patient progress.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers to foster a collaborative approach to healing and enhance self-management skills.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the healthcare team, including physicians and other therapists, to optimize patient care and coordinate services effectively.
• Strive to meet productivity targets and contribute to practice-wide goals, demonstrating exceptional professionalism in all interactions.

The ideal candidate will provide care to a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in computer skills and word processing necessary for documentation and communication.
• A proven ability to establish strong working relationships with patients, motivating them to reach their functional goals.
• A genuine desire to engage positively with patients and their families, fostering trust and collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health or community-based physical therapy is a plus.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques relevant to our diverse patient population.
• Previous experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
