Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized orthopedic physical therapy interventions to patients, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical condition, identifying challenges and establishing tailored treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques essential for long-term recovery and health maintenance.
• Track patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and patient feedback to ensure optimum rehabilitation results.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) for all patient interactions, in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate with other healthcare professionals regarding treatment strategies and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient population ranges from active adults seeking to regain their sports performance levels, to elderly individuals needing rehabilitation post-joint replacement surgeries. Your empathetic approach and expert knowledge will be vital in guiding these individuals through their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Demonstrated understanding of orthopedic manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically within an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with diverse patient populations, particularly those recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries.

Compensation and Benefits
