You will be at the forefront of providing exceptional care through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Our modern sports medicine environment spans over 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate effective rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services primarily to patients with private medical insurance, allowing us to focus on personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

Work Environment

Working onsite in our Anaheim facility, you will collaborate with a supportive team comprising two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our work culture emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and a commitment to patient-centered care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific objectives and healthcare needs.
• Manage a consistent patient load, effectively providing care to one patient per hour while ensuring high-quality treatment delivery.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapies that enhance clients' mobility and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized care plans utilizing a variety of treatment techniques to foster optimal recovery.
• Implement exercise regimens that cater to the unique requirements of each patient, emphasizing flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination.
• Utilize your expertise in manual therapy techniques to provide hands-on care that alleviates pain and enhances movement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining clear and thorough documentation using EMR software platforms like WebPT.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure a cohesive approach to care.
• Engage and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, providing encouragement and support to maximize their functional independence.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle among patients through education, support, and development of wellness programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our care is on patients requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. By adhering to our mission of enhancing patients' quality of life, you will play a key role in their rehabilitation process, helping them achieve their personal best in mobility and wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid and active license as a Physical Therapist in California.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your professional license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement effective exercise regimens tailored to patient needs.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with a range of treatment modalities and techniques to address diverse patient conditions.
• A background in sports medicine or rehabilitation therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
