Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients through a combination of functional tests, range of motion evaluations, and neurological assessments to establish individual treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized treatment regimens utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation, and patient education to improve musculoskeletal function.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on performance and feedback to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide in-depth education to patients and their families about home exercise programs, self-care strategies, and preventive practices to promote lasting recovery and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to discuss patient care plans and ensure all treatment aligns with the overarching health objectives.
• Oversee the activities of support staff, ensuring that all patient care delivered meets the highest standards and complies with best practices.
