Work Environment

The work setting is dynamic and patient-focused, with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As part of our rehabilitation facility, you will have access to various resources, enabling you to deliver high-quality interventions tailored to individual patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish individualized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a designated caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, to ensure focused and personalized attention during each session.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and exercises designed to promote rehabilitation, enhancing patient mobility and function.
• Utilize alternative approaches to pain management, reducing reliance on medications and invasive procedures when feasible.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring records reflect each stage of treatment and outcomes for effective continuity of care.
• Continuously assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses and progress, fostering an adaptive approach to therapy.
• Provide motivational support and education to patients about their recovery, encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals with orthopedic concerns requiring outpatient physical therapy services. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, along with current licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques is preferred.
• Strong capabilities to create and lead exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs are mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, will be beneficial for managing patient data effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an attractive annual salary between $100,000 and $120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
