Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans designed to enhance muscle function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability.
• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations of clients' functional capabilities and monitoring progress to adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
• Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants while ensuring compliance with the prescribed plan of care.
• Assessing home environments to recommend modifications that promote client independence and rehabilitation success.
• Providing in-home therapeutic activities ranging from manual techniques to the administration of specialized treatments such as traction and massage.
• Continuously evaluating and adjusting prosthetic and orthotic devices as required, recommending appropriate modifications based on client needs.
• Creating and maintaining accurate clinical records, while documenting care activities and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Participating in collaborative interdisciplinary case conferences to contribute to comprehensive treatment planning and execution.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Body Orthopedic Pain Management, you will primarily work with diverse patient populations in various stages of recovery, including post-surgical rehabilitation patients, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and elderly clients needing supportive care in their homes. Your expertise will be essential in creating tailored therapy approaches that consider each client's unique circumstances and recovery goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience, preferably in acute care or home care settings.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in California, as well as current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and families.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance to facilitate patient visits in home settings.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with integrity.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, applicants with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric care, or home healthcare will have a distinct advantage. Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing home health practices is also preferred, as is experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
