Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing for hands-on interaction with patients in our specialized home care setting. Appointments are typically scheduled from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, providing structure for both patient care and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments, ensuring inclusivity of their medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals.
• Manage an optimal patient caseload, dedicating sufficient time to provide focused, one-on-one care that meets each patient's specific needs.
• Apply advanced techniques in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing your expertise to help patients regain motion and functional abilities.
• Leverage non-invasive treatment strategies to promote faster recovery, minimizing reliance on medications and surgical interventions.
• Utilize innovative rehabilitation technologies and methods, ensuring the highest standard of care while encouraging patients through evidence-based practices.
• Develop comprehensive care and wellness programs tailored to individual patients that incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination training.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment strategies.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting therapy programs as necessary while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation utilizing EMR systems.
• Foster a motivational environment, encouraging patients to actively participate in their therapy and rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base includes individuals recovering from orthopedic procedures, sports-related injuries, chronic pain conditions, and those seeking improved physical function and vitality. Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve close interactions with diverse clients, making timely adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and feedback.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license without history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in various manual therapy modalities.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective exercise programs.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate patient documentation.
• Strong foundation in contemporary physical therapy methodologies substantiated by ongoing research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical or home care physical therapy setting with a focus on orthopedic patients.
• Advanced certifications in specialized physical therapy techniques would be an asset.
• A commitment to continuing education and staying current with the latest developments in physical therapy practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
