Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized treatment and care plans for each patient, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize independent judgment to adapt treatments, exercises, and modalities based on each patient's progression and specific needs.
• Provide specialized hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the application of various modalities to enhance recovery.
• Maintain active and clear communication with patients and their families regarding treatment progress, home exercise programs, and any challenges that may arise during therapy.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care within the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
