Work Environment

As a Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in a home care setting, providing therapy in the comfort of our patients' homes. This unique work environment allows you to develop strong relationships and personalize your treatment approach according to each patient's living conditions. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, mobility levels, and overall health to identify individual goals and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of advanced therapeutic techniques, modalities, and mutually agreed-upon goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices to design cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Guide patients through tailored rehabilitation exercises aimed at strengthening, enhancing flexibility, improving balance, and restoring overall function.
• Educate patients and families on their conditions and provide wellness plans that encourage active lifestyles.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, tailoring approaches to accommodate varying levels of mobility, age, and health backgrounds. Each patient presents unique challenges, and your expertise will help empower them to overcome obstacles towards pain management and improved physical function.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and professional guidelines.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation, demonstrating the ability to manage complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
