Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs to develop effective treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality care through evidence-based practices, focusing on personalized therapy techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring each session is focused and tailored to meet the individual's goals.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and preventative measures to promote long-term health.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to assist in reducing pain and improving mobility.
• Design and implement customized exercise and wellness programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall functional abilities.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Thoroughly document all patient interactions and care provided, maintaining accurate records for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and recovery processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population consists of individuals requiring rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role requires compassion and patience, as you will be guiding patients of varying ages and backgrounds through their recovery journeys, helping them regain mobility, function, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold either a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Clean professional record with no prior board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional proficiency in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation strategies.
• Strong background in creating and implementing effective exercise protocols tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to engage patients and meet their specific rehabilitation goals through tailored therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
