Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities, limitations, and treatment needs, formulating individualized therapy plans accordingly.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to rehabilitate physical impairments.
• Regularly monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans based on their changing needs and recovery trajectories.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate comprehensive patient care and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about techniques and exercises they can practice at home to maintain health improvements, prevent injury, and encourage physical activity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Adhere to all state and federal laws and professional standards governing physical therapy practices.

Qualifications

• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
