Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical history.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment protocols, home exercise programs, and strategies for pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and billing information in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, providing education and promoting physical therapy services.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
