Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite and involves delivering therapy within patients' homes, which allows you to provide personalized care in a comfortable setting. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Better Everyday Clinic, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their physical conditions and symptoms thoroughly.
• Assessing movement dysfunction through detailed evaluations and diagnostics.
• Creating individualized treatment plans that utilize therapeutic exercise techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Providing therapeutic stimulation and manual massage techniques to support healing processes.
• Assisting patients in using mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs or walkers, to optimize their movement and safety.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress and goals to inform future treatment adjustments.
• Educating patients and their families about in-home exercises and treatment options to support recovery outside therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a wide range of patients with varying diagnoses, from children requiring early interventions to adults recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, allowing for tailored rehabilitation approaches that align with each individual's therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and motivate patients.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and basic computer software for documentation and communication.
• A highly adaptable, flexible approach to managing various patient needs and clinical scenarios.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome new graduates, a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in geriatric and pediatric care, as well as familiarity with in-home therapy settings, will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

Our salary range for this position is competitive at USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
