Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on detailed evaluations, including assessment of muscle function, mobility, and daily living capabilities.
• Directly administer therapy sessions, employing manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic modalities, and training clients in functional activities.
• Supervise, train, and mentor physical therapy assistants, ensuring adherence to the established care plan.
• Conduct regular assessments of clients' progress and modify treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to holistic care strategies and facilitate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Engage with patients and families, offering education about therapy processes and home exercises, while providing support for overall health and wellness.
• Stay updated on current advancements in physical therapy and implement best practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
