Work Environment

This position is based onsite, where you will travel to patients' homes for evaluations and treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of orthopedic patients to determine their specific rehabilitation needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality patient care through hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education regarding safety procedures and in-home treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes and health status.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support that empowers them throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• A valid state Physical Therapy license for Florida is mandatory.

• Current certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR are required.
