Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Orthoworks, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Examine and evaluate patients presenting with functional limitations and disabilities, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Consult with other healthcare providers concerning patients' care plans and address specific questions related to their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain high standards of patient interaction, ensuring respectful communication while upholding our customer service excellence.
• Conduct patient evaluations and document findings accurately; develop, implement, and periodically reassess treatment and discharge plans.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, ensuring thorough documentation of treatment and billing for services rendered.
• Collaborate with and provide education for patients, families, and other interdisciplinary team members to promote holistic care and recovery.
• Participate in community outreach programs, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development opportunities to advance departmental goals.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, fostering their professional growth within our organization.
• Regularly attend staff meetings and engage in continuing education to enhance clinical competencies.
• Ensure compliance with all licensure and regulatory board requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients seeking orthopedic rehabilitation, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

• Proficient in word processing and computer skills to facilitate documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
