Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and needs.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques and manual therapy modalities to promote mobility and alleviate pain.
• Maintain an optimal patient load that allows for thorough interactions and personalized care, ensuring each patient receives sufficient time and attention during their sessions.
• Develop and implement innovative exercise programs designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on individual responses to therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to patient care.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, for precise and efficient documentation of patient interactions and outcomes.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery journey, providing encouragement and guidance to help them achieve their rehabilitation objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will primarily work with patients recovering from a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. This diverse patient population requires a therapist who is adaptable and knowledgeable in various therapeutic approaches to meet each individual's unique needs effectively.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and experience with various therapeutic modalities.
• Proficient in using EMR systems for accurate clinical documentation.
• Strong commitment to staying abreast of advancements in physical therapy practice, demonstrating a solid understanding of evidence-based techniques.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful rehabilitation exercise programs tailored to patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
