Work Environment

As an onsite team member in our outpatient office, you will work directly with patients in a welcoming and supportive environment. The physical therapy office is designed to promote healing and rehabilitation, equipped with the latest therapy tools and modalities to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will enjoy structured work hours from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced workweek.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality one-on-one therapy sessions, typically treating 1 to 2 patients per hour, allowing for focused and effective individual care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for new patients to create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that address unique goals and challenges.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, utilizing hands-on techniques alongside active therapy to enhance patient engagement and progress.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and patient feedback to ensure ongoing effectiveness of therapy.
• Document all aspects of care accurately and professionally in electronic health records, ensuring communication among the multidisciplinary team regarding patient health and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our team works with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals recovering from surgeries and injuries to those managing chronic pain and mobility issues. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• An active Florida Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient therapy, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with a background in specific therapeutic areas such as orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, or sports medicine are especially encouraged to apply. Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices and familiarity with rehabilitation software systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
